Developer
Thomas Barnes, who once lived in a studio loft in New Orleans, has always liked old buildings and plans to live at The Garrison. His development firm, Hawkins & West, is the major partner in The Garrison at Graham LLC. Among Barnes' commercial developments are Worthington Row and NoDa@28th Street.

General Contractor
Cox & Schepp Construction, Inc., of Charlotte, is the general contractor for The Garrison. Recent Cox & Schepp projects include the award-winning New Park West condominiums in Dilworth and the conversion of the historic Packard Building into office condominiums. The company was established in 2001 when Andrew Cox and Jim Schepp combined their 40 years of construction experience, which incorporated work on many projects including signature condominium properties such as The Crillon in Myers Park.

Architect
Wood Architecture, Inc., worked with Hawkins & West on NoDa@28th Street and has footprints throughout the Charlotte market; among them: The Carriage Club apartments in Mooresville, Arbor Landing condominiums at Park Road Shopping Center, Harborside Commons apartments in Cornelius, Kenton Village near Birkdale, and Eastover Ridge apartments at the Mint Museum on Randolph Road.

Site Design
Design Resource Group has designed landscaping and performed site planning for uptown developments such as Courtside near the Bobcats arena, the TradeMark near Gateway Village and the renovated Boxer office building on West Morehead Street.
