On this edge of Fourth Ward, urban energy flows. So close are North Tryon's dining and entertainment, the Panthers' and Bobcats' playhouses, Gateway Village and Johnson & Wales University. And, quite possibly, a future trolley line rounding Graham at 10th.

It's a neighborhood bounding with people: townhouses line 10th street, within a block are Silo Urban Lofts plus 626 North Graham, and the historic Fourth Ward homes that begin within two blocks.
